Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both plans start with a 14-day free trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrading from Starter to Business takes effect right away with prorated billing. Moving back to Starter applies at your next renewal.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Starter is $290/year instead of $359.88 on monthly billing, and Business is $499/year instead of $599.88 on monthly billing — about two months free.
Are there limits on accounts or transactions?
No per-account fees. Connect all the bank accounts and cards your business uses on either plan.
What are AI credits?
PnlShip Agent — your AI assistant — uses credits for each question. Starter includes 1,000 credits a month and Business 3,000; extra packs are available in the app and never expire.
My accountant uses PnlShip — can they pay for my plan?
Yes. Accounting firms can cover clients on the Business plan with a license pack. See PnlShip for accountants.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Billing in the app, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
